A note to our clients... Business as usual
We wanted to let all of our clients and partners know that Scroxton & Partners (previously MatchBox Architects) have put measures into place to remain open as usual throughout the coming months. We are fortunate enough to have previously invested in our hardware and connectivity to allow all office-based staff members to work remotely and flexibly.
The greatest risks to project continuity that we foresee sits initially where essential 3rd parties, such as local authorities, are forced to shut their offices or delay the critical responses that we require to move a project forward due to strain on their resources. Secondly, if the government decides that people need to remain in their homes, it is likely that we will be forced to close construction sites or reduce them to a skeleton/caretaker workforce if we are permitted. We will work hard to keep you up to date should either of these concerns become a reality.
As clients, you can also help to keep your project on track by responding to requests for information quickly and working with us to communicate via video conference instead of physical meetings in the event of restricted movement.
We remain committed to your project and will do everything we can to ensure that as we emerge out of any national restrictions with your project, that it is in as strong a position as it possibly can be. If you are facing any particular issues that could cause problems with the management of your project, please call or email so that we can discuss a solution with you.
It goes without saying that we wish you and your loved ones the very best of health, and hope that any disruption is short-lived.
